Working closely with our customers we have developed equipment and techniques that produce consistent high quality results whether in a low volume operation or in a high volume production situation. Our process allows users to transfer their designs from concept through to finished product. We use the same techniques and equipment that are used by our customers in the chemical milling and printed circuit board industries where a high precision etched product is essential. Glass Gobo’s
In the case of Dichroic coated glass, used for full color gobo’s or for color filters, we have, after extensive research at our own etching facility, come up with a chemistry that will give excellent results without attacking the glass itself.
