Recent projects include a reel to reel etching system for a client in Russia, this was used to etch security labels on an aluminum foil. This project involved an installation in St Petersburg and training of the client's operators.
A system was supplied and installed for major Middle East sign manufacturer, based in Dubai, for etching stainless steel and brass signs
For a major supplier of lighting systems, based in Denmark, we designed, built and installed a system for etching dichroic coated color wheels and gobos used in their products.
For a major supplier of stainless steel gobos, based in Texas, we installed a system with fully automatic etch chemistry control to ensure a consistent quality of product in their high volume operation.
For one of the Major USA sign companies we built one of largest system that we have manufactured to date ( our largest is 78" wide ) for etching copper, and stainless steel, deep etched, plaques. This system had a maximum conveyor width of 48" and was capable of processing panels 8' x 4' and up to 1/2" thick
For a major supplier of ceramic transfers used in the manufacture of fine china in the UK we designed a system for etching 18" sq steel pad printing clichés . This project required that the etched plate was extremely accurate to ensure the repeatability of patterns.
